Payment and Confirmation: Once you are comfortable moving forward at the quoted price, an invoice will be provided for the agreed amount payable via wire, debit, or credit card (Card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee). Payment confirms your sourcing request and allows us to begin searching immediately on your behalf. Because desirable watches can move quickly, this ensures we are prepared to act as soon as the right example becomes available.

Sourcing: We leverage our trusted network of dealers, collectors, and industry connections to locate a watch that matches your criteria. Our goal is to secure the right piece at a fair market value while making the process as smooth and efficient as possible.

Presentation: Once a suitable watch is located, we provide detailed information, photos, any relevant notes on condition, and other important details for your review. If the watch does not meet the agreed criteria we will continue sourcing or discuss the next best option.

Acquisition: After the watch is approved, we handle the purchase, inspection, and authentication process. Once everything has been verified, your timepiece is shipped through insured overnight delivery to your nearest FedEx Office for direct signature pickup.

If We Are Unable To Source Your Watch: In the rare event we are unable to source a watch that meets the agreed criteria, your payment may be refunded or applied toward another timepiece at your request.
